I tried using the backup and it made a .mbz file that is only 2.3Kb
but the course contains 3.4Mb of graphic images? This can't be right.
How do I move everything from MoodleCloud to MoodleBox at once?

There are two ways of looking at the content:
a) unzip the file and go through the XML content
b) restore it to another Moodle site, for eg. MoodleBox. > System administration > Courses > Restore course.

You can develop the course in MoodleCloud and then transfer it to any other Moodle site, to which you have access. The target site does not need Internet, as long as your client computer can connect to it over some local network. It is the case with MoodleBox: you connect to it in its wireless LAN. You need to have the previously downloaded mbz file in your client computer.

Are you sure you had everything ticked when you made the backup?

but apparently it was backing up "my-new-moodle-site" instead of "AstroNova3".
