We have a template forum activity, with example posts, which we would like teachers to be able to import into their course, along with the example posts.
I've tried doing it via Course Admin -> Import, but it does not bring through the user data.
So I've created a backup file for just that activity and all the user information, but when the teacher comes to Restore that onto their course, although they can tick "User Data", when it gets to the Review section of the restore, User Data is disabled, with a note saying it's 'locked by dependencies'.
Is there a way to find out why it is locked? Or is there a specific permission they need in order to restore user data? (We can stripped some permissions away, so that they cannot enrol users on their courses).
