Getting errors from core modules js

Hello Guys,

I have installed fresh moodle 3.4.2 and getting the js error at browser console as "e.DD.Drop is not a constructor".

Please help me sort out this because of this js errors other things also stopped working.

I have attached a screen shot.

I tried to install 2 different versions 3.4 & 3.5 same issues is facing.
