Dear Moodle expert,


I have an important link or survey and I want to force all the students they must get this link and fill the required form. 

Dear Moodler, please suggest me how to force the student they must visit this link. This link is outside the moodle.

Hello Abu,

You can use URL activity type for the same and can make this as required activity (Must be completed) for completing the course or accessing the next activity through conditional access.

there is no other way to display a pop up message after the login or it can be displayed in the timelines of each students.

Hello Abu,


You can use HTML block and can provide the URL but that also has certain limitations as you want everyone to click the URL without fail.
