Hi everyone,

I have a strange problem in my courses and management sections. Action icons are not displayed. You can see a screenshot of the problem in the attachment. Inspecting the code I can see that no HTML is present, so it is not a CSS problem.

Problem happens with any theme.

My Moodle version is 3.2 , on which I've installed Iomad.

Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Did you change the theme from the default IOMAD theme?  IOMAD has a highly customized theme that you need to use or start with and create a child theme from it.
