Installing and upgrading help

I've downloaded MoodleWindowsInstaller-latest-34, started it on Win7 Prof 64, after that spend about an half an hour trying to find out why php_init not loading, finally installed vc_redist_x86, and then after it installed modules it showed 192.168.0.11/user/editadvanced.php?id=2 & The connection was reset message.

Tried to reinstall it, deleting moodledata folder contents - same problem...

Is there any way to make it work? May be I should download earlier versions? Any plug & play solutions?
