In your 3.x site, login as admin then use search box for admin menu and search for 'environment'.

That should find a link to check the environment of your server.

On that page, update the component (link in upper right hand corner of the environment page), then choose 3.4 in the drop down list to check if your server environment has what is required to upgrade to 3.4.  Now before asking questions about the info you see there, please read/review

Thanks Ken...
Been waiting for you since.... (spirit of learning!)

I fixed my environment...
Updated my PhP to 7.0.. check the zip and opache...

Environment all looking good.. of course except for my database tables to be converted from InnoDb to Barracuda... which I know it’s not a big deal...

restore back to my backup version 3.2

Now ....
To upgrade properly to 3.4 is where I am...

Thanks ken.
Will be waiting....

Then please do as suggested before ...

Begin by reading: https://docs.moodle.org/34/en/Upgrading

Now if you have questions about that, then fire away ... but please provide references to that page ... and be as specific as you can so we don't spend time playing 25 questions.   BTW, there are multiple folks that can help with this ... don't consider me to the the last word on it!

Also, if you respond to forum postings via your EMail, please remove copies of what you are responding to and especially your signatures ... uhhh .... kinda like advertising.
