At this time, it seems badges are mostly a self made item. There is this one, http://www.onlinebadgemaker.com/3d-badge-maker, or you can make then in Photoshop or similar. The existing badges sites seem to be subscription models, so may cost, and just not interested in paying. Apart from that, I have a few self made badges that are pretty ordinary, but kids react well to them. These are centred around work presented, not for anything else, just graded work.
I love some of the corporate ones they have done too...
Especially the Innovation Badge!
