Video(3GPP file) is opened or played in VideoJS player but screen is looking all white or content of video is not displayed on screen

Hello,

Have you enabled .3gp as a video file extension in the VideoJS player settings (in the Site administration)?

Hello helen ,

Thanks for your reply. Mam now i enabled that .3gp as a video file extension in settings. Now player and video is opened successfully. But black screen is displaying when video is running on
