Notification is not working when grade is set or quiz submit. Configuration is ok. Message email notification is working.
Recently I have upgraded moodle 2.8.3 to 3.2.1. In 2.8.3 notification worked fine.
When I tested for notification, I saw nothing stored in database ( mdl_message table ). It seems code is not running. Is there any plugin I need to install or any plugin is responsible? Or any idea please . Thanks in advance.
