Hi everyone,
I've encountered a strange anomaly on my site and I was hoping that someone here might have some insight. I recently noticed that the name displayed at the top of the Edit page for some of our SCORM activities doesn't match the actual activity name. For example, in the image below, you can see that the page header says "Updating SCORM package in Module 4: Managing the IPv4 Address Space" but the Activity Name listed below says "Introduction to Address Manager". Once upon a time, I did have another activity that was called "Module 4: Managing the IPv4 Address Space", but that activity had a different ID number and has since been updated and renamed.
Any ideas?
I'm running Moodle 2.9.9.
