Hey William, thanks for the reply. I've seen that topic. The problem is that I do not finish clarifying, when I put the CSS tag in "styles.css, it does not work." I've tried with what is said but there is no way I think I give up.
You should edit the CSS template inside the database activity. Don't edit any file in server.

Could you please kindly share what you got? Like "Which version of your Moodle, which theme you are using, and the CSS in entered in your template to remove the View list tab and the View Single tab"

I work with the theme Moove (https://moodle.org/plugins/theme_moove) in version 3.3 of moodle. I used:
.nav-link title ["View Single"] {display: none;}
.nav-link title ["View list"] {display: none;}
