Moodle 3.3.1
Our system administrator upgraded to Moodle 3.3.1 over the summer (we were on Moodle 2.8 I believe). After this switch all files have become inaccessible. Files posted directly on the page or files in folders, when downloaded show as having 0 bytes.
This problem applies to all files and any linked files. So all pictures within questions show as blank as well. One problem I saw initially was that it looked liked Private files had a maximum limit of 2 bytes for files. However I changed those settings and saw no change.
Any ideas as to why files are now inaccessible and how to make them? Do we need to reinstall the previous version, or maybe try a system reset?
