In relation, to this problem, if I backed up my current data and did a clean install of moodle 3.3 or 3.4, would I be able to import my courses, students etc. into the clean install, or would my messed up file directories prevent this?
I have been reading another post,
I wonder if mine was originally created with Softaculous, I was not the original and my ISP offers this service.
