i want to hide links from Navigtion block ..how can i do it.i m using moodle 3.0
This comes up regularly, and the answer is the same, what links? Are we talking about the bread crumbs at the top of each page? The links to Moodle Docs at the bottom of each page? Another set of links altogether?
The short answer is it takes the deletion of a lot of code from both the Moodle code base and the theme, and far too much time to make it a worthwhile exercise. And, if you miss something, which is usually the case, you are causing more problems than it is worth.
Why do you want to make that sort of change anyway?
If you want the usual links showing and other links private, that is available only to a few people, then add a HTML block, place the links you want restricted there and hide the block, set it to not visible. Create a new Role which makes the block available, i.e. visible, only to those people with that Role.
