Hi,

I have made a lot of custom user profile fields on my site, and most of them are displayed (and mandatory) on the registration page. Some of these may be hard to understand for some of the users, so it would be necessary to add a description or a help popup window (as seen in lots of places on a Moodle site, e.g. right now on this page where I am adding this topic). There is a Description field when creating a new profile field, but the text I type in there does not appear on the registration page (or anywere else for that matter).

Is there any way to display the description on the registration page, or to create a custom help popup window?

Update:

I tried to solve the problem with a Glossary - I made an entry named one of my custom profile field names, and linked it. Still, the glossary popup window does not work on the edit profile page, nor on the registration page, only on courses.

Is there any way to make the Glossary work on the registration/profile page?
