On Moodle 3.0.3+
A tutor reported that their assignment due dates were showing incorrectly at 21:00 when our standard/default assignment deadline is 22:00.
On further inspection it appears that DST has kicked in early - this should not have happened until this weekend coming (25th March 2017).
The location was set to Europe/London but switching to UTC has fixed for now (server, database and PHP are all set to Europe/London).
I can see this issue has occurred previously but cannot find anything more recent than 2015 so just wondering if anyone else has experienced this with any 3.x versions?
