I wonder if anyone might be able to help? I've got an assignment where I want teachers to be able to submit work on behalf of students.
I've previously been able to do this by getting teachers to 'view all submissions' and then select 'edit submission'. Teachers could then upload work on behalf of their students.
However, since upgrading to Moodle 3.1 the 'edit submission' option doesn't seem to be available to teachers/admin. This is what I see instead:
I've thought this must be a permission setting, but I've checked roles and also looked through other options and I can't seem to fix it.
Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
