Email to Admin/Teacher whenever a student has completed the course?

Hello,

How can I setup Moodle to send an email to Admin or Teacher whenever a student has completed the course?

I have already done the Course completion settings with the completion criteria, and can download the completion reports, but would like to get an email every time when a student completes the course. Would you please help?

Thanks for the information William.

I was about to explore Event Monitoring. Can Event Monitoring do it without having to install additional plugins and features?
