How to install moodle on godaddy server and is their any documentation because can't install on godaddy.

Steps done by me to install moodle on godaddy:

1)downloaded latest stable zip moodle 

2) Created sub domain 

3)copied the zip moodle to sub domain and unziped

4)Acessing http://ibi/moodledev/moodle/index.php or install.php  ----- this shows me the error below 


404 - File or directory not found.

The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable

It appears that you are manually trying to install moodle.  Have you created a database for it yet?  Have you had a chance to read the docs for installing moodle?
