I press the continue button but in the page of Plugins check the process of installation interrupted!

I check the upgrade Moodle database now button, but all the plugins not upgrade and i see a white page!

and isn't any button for continue...

thank you

Especially the one about creating config.php by hand and the one that follows it about enabling Debugging in the config.php file.

I attached 2 screenshot for you !
Moodle always gives me Plugin Check page when I check the continue button.
I have clicked on the Upgrade Database button many, many times and i see the page blank that i attached And I have clicked on the Purge all caches button as well. I get the Plugins Check page again.

Something has obviously gone wrong with your installation.  If this is a fresh installation, I suggest starting fresh - new code, new database.

You should at least turn debugging on (you can do this in config.php - google how to do that) and then see what error messages are being displayed.

I edit config.php file, and i put this code at the bottom of the config.php file:

ini_set ('display_errors', 'on');
ini_set ('log_errors', 'on');
ini_set ('display_startup_errors', 'on');
ini_set ('error_reporting', E_ALL);

but it doesn't show anything. if this code is wrong plz write me the correct code for showing the error.
