I know how to set the maximum file upload size for the whole site. However, I wish to limit the maximum file upload size per role. Currently, our Moodle instance has a maximum file upload size of 800 MB. We would like to limit the size the teachers can upload to 200 MB, yet still allow for admins and the like to upload 800 MB. I cannot seem to find the setting. Is this even possible to achieve, and if so, how do I do it?

We are using Moodle 2.8.10.

Just bookmarking this to come back to as it is one of the little projects I need to address. 

We have clients uploading Evidence into  our site and I need to allocate on a ad-hoc basis file upload increases for short periods of time. 

so once I work out a system will come back to here and document for others.
