Help to restore "teacher" role (site-admin)

Hi,


I am the Site Admin of my Moodle and I accidentally  deleted the "teacher" role so when I go to Site->Permissions->Define Roles, the "teacher" role does not exist anymore.


Is there a way to somehow restore this? (ps.I don't have a backup of my site at a previous moment than this). Or perhaps, can find somewhere all the allowed rights (definition of role) that a "teacher" role has by default by Moodle to recreate it?
