I am experiencing certain questions where I've modified the text, the previous text "version" is displaying. (So far, only found in multiple choice questions where the answers are shuffled.)
I want to look at the database (through phpMyAdmin) to see if there is a residual copy of the original question which exists.
Does anyone know the file names which store the questions and answers in the database?
