We have a course that a user might take more than once (they might do it once a year); if we unenroll a user and then re-enroll them, it remembers their previous quiz/exam attempts. Is there an easy way to handle this re-enrollment issue?
If you don't want to recover old grades when re-enrolling a user in a course, try this: Site administration / Grades / General settings and uncheck "Recover grades default" (the default should be No).
It doesn't work for activities (like Quiz and Feedback) that store their own information. However, funny this came up...
