Alright, I live and run my classroom in an environment where not everyone has internet (though almost all do) I have a paper that was submitted to me in a physical form, but I cannot change the submission status on the moodle page. This wouldn't be a big deal but I keep my grade books on moodle and need to be able to track this. Is there any way I can do this?
Can the person who made the paper submission log into Moodle at all? At some point in their week they will/should have access to a computer, so get them to log in, then go to the page they require, respond to the assignment or task, and say something in response, like "G'day." or "Watch out for the nargles." or anything. Click the submit button. When assessing it, provide them with the grade you have given them. That should solve your problem, I hope....
