Do you have FTP (File Transfer Protocol) access to your moodle site? If not, then you're not the administrator, and you won't be able to modify the code that you were told to do so. But you can request your administrator for a favourite to edit the code on your behalf. It might cost you 10 nougats to brib...I mean, treat, your administrator. Assuming that your Moodle is in a Linux environment. Your Moodle folder might be at

I use Notepad++ to edit and save my php source code files.
I also use FileZilla to FTP to my server.
If you want me to supply you with step-by-step screen instructions how to do this, it can be done on two conditions:
