Is there a way to initiate a mail from moodle once a course is marked completed?
We have a certificate module linked to course completion but the user is unable to fetch the certificate immediately as course completion is triggered by Cron object after an user has completed all the required activities etc. Being able to send an email when this cron marks a user as completed would enable the user to come back and fetch the certificate.
Please let me know if I am missing something here (well there's always a possibility).
