Is it possible to use cohorts, or something else, to be able to configure different rules/settings for a course to different cohorts?
eg. Cohort1 => Set close date for Course1 to 15 November.
Cohort2 => Set close date for Course1 to 1 December.
etc.

I've tested on M2.9 and no, not possible as no 'date' setting on the cohort sync enrolment plugin.
