Since my Moodle environment was upgraded to version 1.5.2 (2005060223), I have experienced a number of problems. Two of these relate to forums (I shall post a separate message to describe a problem I'm having with a quiz).
The first issue may not be a problem but a change in design philosophy. In the previous version, messages were nested. In the latest version, messages appear in straight sequence; messages are no longer embedded. I've selected all display options, but none appear to display the link between a message and responses. This makes it difficult to follow multiple message threads.
The second issue relates to groups. If someone from a group posts a message to their group forum, the line entry includes a link to the group. If you click on that link, the system tries to close the window and exit the system.
Has anyone else encountered these problems? Is there a solution? Thanks.
