your original message was so short that we all guessed you were talking about the HotPot activity module, but your screenshot is for the HotPot question import format, so now finally we find out what you really wanted to know.
Your original post would have been much more effective if you had given more detailed information about what you knew and what you wanted to know. For example:
In the plugins repository on Moodle.org,
the page for the HotPot question import format
says that it works on Moodle 2.0 - 2.8
Does it also work on Moodle 2.9?
