I am still hoping someone can answer this question for me. I also tried reinstalling Moodle and trying to do a URL direct link to a file I set up on my hosting account. It came back as 403 forbidden. Yet other installs of other scripts work OK.
Attaching another screenshot of the 403 error. I also attached another screenshot to once again show that there is a broken link with the Essential theme screenshot when I installed it as the theme.
Can anyone please provide some insight to this situation? Nothing uploads on Moodle, but I have no problem with other scripts (i.e. Wordpress) on the same host.
