Hello.
I´ve been using Moodle 1.4.4 and I haven´t had time to follow the quick evolution of Moodle during the last months.
Now it is summer time and I have the opportunity to upgrade to the brand new 1.5.2, but I´m a bit afraid of having troubles, for I think that between 1.4 and 1.5 versions there are significant differences.
Is it possible to upgrade directly from 1.4.4 to 1.5.2 ?
(I have no customized themes).
Could I keep all the quizzes' questions I have made for 1.4.4 ?
(This is my main worring, because I have put a lot of work on it).
Any hint and help would be appreciated.

Yes, it's possible to upgrade directly from 1.4.4 to 1.5.2, in fact it's recommended (source: Moodle 1.5.2 Released!)
Your quiz questions should be fine, though as with all upgrades, it's important to back everything up - please check Jon's advice.
