Hi, I was able to enable feedback plugin. I was able to add it but it does not appear site wide- which is where i want it - or anywhere. On top of that, when i did add the block it was completely empty with no option to create a name or topic. I tried to re-add the block in the front page again but could not find the feedback block option listed anymore.
Any ideas what is going on?

Hi and thanks for responding. I solved the problem. Sometimes it gets a bit confusing knowing which block to edit and I guess, somehow, I overlooked the enable plugin in the main admin? i don't know but it works great now!
