I need to collecte feedback about teachers teaching various courses. I have the same question for the whole college with around 200 coursse. I had planned to create common course and single activity for whole college. and it works fine. But the problem is that i want to collect the survey for upto 10 courses that the student belong to.
How can i do. sample screen that i expect is given. the rating type can be changed later.

Have you considered the Dataform activity? You can use filter in that module.
