Hi Moodlers,

I have one huge problem about create one form about sending email to admin. I'm using version 2.6.1 stable and have tried make one application in folder /mod. But it doesn't work for me using PHP code and HTML.

Could you help me about create new mod from Moodle actually 2.6.1 version? Just simple form sending email.
