How add text editor to Messages?

How add text editor to Messages?

I've searched Site Admin settings to no avail. Right now the "People" block allows messaging with a rich-text editor, but Messages via Navigation > Profile > Messages only offers plain text.

Anybody know how to make Messages html?

Why you need rich-text editor for messaging.
