I have 2.7 properly installed (I think), but I see some strange behavior in the attachment area of replies to a posting. When I try and attach a file, any file, I see no file picker, but rather simply a turning wheel and I can't upload anything. Now, I should point out that I saw a similar thing when adding a video as a resource. In that case, though, I saw a message saying that I could simply drag and drop the file (rather than select with file picker, which was absent)  into the resource area. I did this and it worked, including with  little bar showing progress of the file upload. But there is no such thing with attachments to a reply in a discussion group. I checked and the Assignment activity seems to allow me to upload using the file picker. Could this be a problem with the version of 2.7 I'm using, and is it a "known issue". Should I simply upgrade. Thanks for any help with this.
