I have set up Ts and Cs in the Site Policies page and that works just fine.

Is there anywhere were this data is stored, or a way of being notified if a user chooses not to accept?

Hi James,

The data is in the user database, under 'Policyagreed' (1 for yes, 0 for no)

If they opt not to accept, it logs them out, and presents the screen next time they log in.
