I have successfully uploaded users via a .csv file and enrolled them in the assigned course using a field in the .csv. Unfortunatly the welcome email along with their password is not being sent. I removed the password column from the csv and set moodle to change password.
I tested to ensure emails are sending by creating a user manually and the mail sends without any problems.
I then tried to add u.auth, to the end of the existing $newusers = $DB->get_recordset_sql("SELECT u.id as id, u.email, in Cronlib.php but this had no affect.
As I have over 150 users to upload this is an essential item.
Can anybody suggest a solution ?
