Manual update of databases from 2.6.4 to 2.7

Hello,

Where would I find the SQL that is applied when the databases are upgraded from 2.6.4 to 2.7. I have tried a number of times and am finding a SQL failure someplace. I want to do the step-by-step upgrade manually so that I do not have to keep restoring some pretty large tables and can resolve the issue.

This isn't the answer... if you are having upgrade problems then let's investigate them. The upgrade scripts for the tables are distributed throughout Moodle. Trying to do it by hand is a non-starter.
