It looks like a fault with your theme. I have not used the Aerie theme but, looking at its plugin page, it doesn't work with Moodle 2.3 (so I assume won't for Moodle 2.4) and isn't tested for Moodle 2.0 (so I assume it won't work there either).

I think you need to use a different theme. Or, if you must use that one, install Moodle 2.3,

I changed default theme because all image cannot be loaded. Using themes that already available from moodle will also be the same cannot be loaded..

Continue to build it on same and provide the required one may get it into a different path.....

I have seen this issue and think it is because your site can't get to Yahoo Yui.  See this posting for clues: https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=223060

I also went into same problem, but i found the solution.

Go-to Site administration -> server -> http -> slash arguments

check if it is ticked then untick it. And if it is unticked then tick it.

OR if it is difficult to navigate (because images and theme are not loading), then directly create a link like this and hit.

Group Particularly helpful Moodlers

Thanks Nitin, but enabling/disabling slash arguments is not the solution, it's a workaround. Something else is breaking the Moodle theme engine. The Moodle Theme engine shouldn't break like this if you turn that slash arguments option on or off.

Can you describe the environment that you are running Moodle on (database engine, operating system, web server, php version, etc.) so that we can see if your environment has anything uniquely in common with the environments of all the other people who are complaining about this theme/images not loading problem.

Thanks.
