iCal appointment - public desired instead of private

Is there a way to have the iCal appointment provide "public" instead of "private" viewing in Outlook?

 

We have a few people asking for their team to see what they are doing but their calendar appointment is locked.

We are using Moodle 2.6.1 and Face-to-Face = 2014030600

Hi Mark - did you ever figure out how to do this (make calendar entry public rather than private)? We would like to do the same thing.
