Hello,
I'm new to Moodle and wouldn't consider myself an expert in web development. I'd appreciate a little guidance before I try and install:
I want to install moodle to a subdomain of a wordpress site.
Wordpress is installed in the public_html folder (www.mydomain.com) and the subdomain directory is in public_html/subdomain (subdomain.mydomain.com).
I'm just checking that all I need to do is upload the Moodle files to the subdomain directory, create a new database, make a moodledata folder outside the public_html folder and then follow the install instructions. That should do it right, or are there any other steps I'm missing out?
