No theme applying to my site

Hello all,

I'm new to moodle, trying to setup a new server, I got it working partially, I don't know why the standard theme is not applying to the server. I'm installing moodle 2.6 in a ubuntu server 13.10. You can see the moodle installation here http://201.199.203.106/moodle. I appreciate any help.

I have just moved this to the Installation Help Forum. Hopefully someone here will be able to help you solve this problem. It may be something trivial or something major, however I know nothing about UBUNTU so sorry I cannot help at this stage.
