I am having difficulties with the installation of Institutions - I tried with Cubic (which that theme worked fine with 2.5.1) but if you click on Institutions it says internal server error.
I have looked using filezilla the file is indeed there - it was installed through moodle installer - and I have gone through the steps I "know of" to install this plug in...however it is not working.
Institutions installs into
dir/local
dir/local/institutions/db/install.xml is in there as well however I am unable to install it through moodle OR joomla (3.1.1)
