I have several courses that I have updated packages for. I have tried to stop Moodle and then copy the new course material into the folder where the original module is and overwrite the files. I then try to step through the course and the quiz at the end has the old incorrect answer to one question. I played the story.html locally on my machine and the answer is correct but it seems that Moodle is caching something. What should I do to correct this issue?

Try to purge the caches and re-try.
Site administration->develpoment->purge all caches.
