Strange issue where one user has completed two quizzes twice and nothing is showing (no attempts) - no-one has experienced the same issue - scores recorded at same machine for other quizzes fine. Others users successfully completed the two quizzes and have results in gradebook. Has anyone experienced this - I cannot work out what might be happening. No real ideas and I cannot find anything on the forum similiar.

HI Mary - the user has used tried on another machine scored 100%B and nothing showing - I have attached permissions shot

Today 19 Jul the student did the test again and nothign in the log
I show another day when it shows she opened the quiz but no attempts seem to be done

Have you looked at the logs and verified that the user did actually take the quizzes?
