Hello!
I'm relatively new to managing Moodle (v2.2.2 I believe) and have hit a bump when attempting to update the email on the admin account. It's not allowing me to save as it forces me to select a country, however, there is nothing in the list at all (see attached).
Doing some searching, there were suggestions of updating the languages pack which didn't fix it. I checked the Locations settings and the default country list is empty as well.
From what I can see, the countries.php files does exist in \lang\en\, so I'm not sure what's going on.
Any advice?
