My website is hosted by BlueHost. (1) I downloaded Moodle to a folder labeled "public_html/TRAINING", (2) unzipped the files, (3) changed the folder permissions to 755, and (4) created a MySQL database labeled "SiteUserName_moodle".
The next two steps are:
(1) Create a folder titled "moodledata" above the public folder and change the folder permissions to 777. Am I right?
(2) Run Moodle Install. To have the answers ready, is there a list of the parameters that are asked by the Install Moodle program?
